Teresa Lynn (Wrightsman) Jordan

Teresa L. Jordan, 77, passed away on October 29, 2024, surrounded by family, at Bethel Pointe in Muncie.  Teresa was born on December 8, 1946, the daughter of William and Lola (Thomas) Wrightsman, in Crawfordsville, Indiana.

Teresa graduated from Turkey Run high school and went on to study at Indiana State University.  She worked for the State of Indiana as a case manager, with the Family Services Division.   Teresa enjoyed gardening, reading, and discussing politics.  She was an active member at Temple Baptist Church, attended the YMCA to work out, and volunteered at the ARF Thrift Store.

She is survived by one son, Christopher Jordan (Dusty), one daughter, Cecilie Nunn (Doug), two grandchildren, Logan Nunn (Erika), and Brian Nunn (Meredith), and one great-granddaughter, Zoe Nunn.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Thomas M. Jordan, her parents, William and Lola Wrightsman, and three brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at Parson Mortuary, 801 W. Adams, Muncie.  Friends may call on the family from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.  Burial will follow at the Black Cemetery, north of state road 67 on Black Cemetery Road.  Pastor Ben Lang will officiate.
