Thomas Winfrey Obituary

Thomas Winfrey, 62, was born in Hartford City, Indiana March 28, 1957 to the late Rosalee Ayres and Herbert Winfrey. He passed away March 9, 2020 at Signature Healthcare in Muncie, IN. Thomas was a hard worker who enjoyed spending his time outside, but especially loved his animals and looking after his grandchildren. He would plan family gatherings and appreciated the time spent with everyone during the holidays.

Thomas is survived by his son, Ryan Winfrey; Step-son, David Williams; Step-daughter, Kelly Anderson; Ex-wife, Caroline Winfrey; Sisters, Melody (Kevin) Bonner and Dixie (Bill) McMichaels; Many grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his mother, father and brother, Michael Winfrey.

At this time the family has chosen to honor Thomas’ wishes for cremation.
