Obituary

Wanda (Eldridge) Epperhart, 83, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023, at her residence surrounded by family.  Wanda was born in Morehead, Kentucky, on March 17, 1940, the daughter of Russell and Nellie (Johnson) Eldridge 

Wanda graduated from Morehead high school and later married the love of her life, Billy Donald Epperhart.  They were married for just shy of 50 years before his passing.  Wanda was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service for 23 years.  She loved spending time working with the flowers in her yard, mainly marigolds, and tulips.

She leaves behind 3 sons, Russell Epperhart, Jeff Epperhart, and Zach Epperhart; one daughter Candice Farkas (Douglas); grandchildren, Melissa Cheatham, Brett Epperhart, and Joshua Farkas.  In addition, she is survived by 7 great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be Monday, March 27, 2023,  at 1:00 PM at Parson Mortuary, 801 West Adams Street, Muncie, Indiana.  Friends may visit from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.  Burial will follow at Tomlinson Cemetery of Muncie.  Pastor Chris Black will officiate.
