William "Bill" W. Stewart Sr., passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, in Evergreen, AL, from a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease, with his wife Marsha and his loving doggy Bonnie beside him. 

Bill and Marsha were married for 45 years. Bill was born August 18, 1935, in Muncie, by William Ira Stewart and Mildred Scval Moore. Bill had seven brothers, Robert "Bob", Jackie Lee, Fred (Darleen), Charlie (Nancy), and Guy, living brothers are Tony (Marcia), Anderson, and Clifford "Butch", Muncie. 
Bill had four children: William "Bud" (Joy), Katina (Mark), Douglas "Doug" (Robyn), Ohio, and Kelley. Grandchildren; Ronnie (Shawna), Jason, Angie, Matt, Bill Cunnington (Laura), Heather, and Danielle (Michael). Bill had many grand and great-grandchildren, plus he also had great-great-grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Bill worked at the Chevy plant here in Muncie for 46 years, retiring in 2000. He was also in The National Guard for 8 years, 2 of them active duty. He was a member in good standing at The Eagles Aerie 231. He served as president for 2 years and trustee for several years. 

Bill, Marsha, and Bonnie loved to travel, every fall they would get in the RV and start their travels seeing every state but Alaska. He lived his life the way he wanted: with love and happiness.

He also had many friends that he loved, his special friends were Ronnie and Betty, Muncie. Ed, Lorraine and Shirley, Ocala, FL., Kevin and Angie, Alabama. These friends were there for him anytime they were needed, this is not to say his other friends weren't important to him, they were and are. 

Memorial services will be held at Parson Mortuary on Friday, March 7, 2025. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.
