William Edward Wyatt, 81, passed away at his Muncie, Indiana home on December 3, 2024, following an extended illness. William was born on May 12, 1943, in Princeton, Indiana, the son of Herbert and Margerie (Martin) Wyatt.
After graduating high school, he married the love of his life, Judy Wormer, on May 3, 1963. They raised two sons, Stephen and David. William retired from Indiana Gas, but continued to work, including at Ball Hospital and with his son at BMW Handyman Services. Later in life, William returned to school, graduating from Ball State University, and ultimately taught at McKenzie Technical School.
William loved camping, gardening and spending time with Judy. Besides tending the garden together, they took annual trips to Disney World, doing so for almost thirty years. William loved his family and always made sure they were provided for.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of over 60 years, Judy Wyatt, two sons, Stephen Edward Wyatt (Chris Cockrell) and David Wayne Wyatt (Dana), and one granddaughter, Bryanna Marie Wyatt.
Preceding his in death were his parents.
Per Williams wishes he will be cremated with no services. Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is handling the cremation.
