"Sister Winona Stewart Kinder peacefully went to meet her Lord and Savior Thursday, February 8, 2024. She was born September 16, 1941, in Long Beach, CA to Martin and Mildred (Halloway) Trevino.

    Winona was a dedicated prayer warrior, devoted to the Lord's work. She was a proud wife, mother (second mother to many), and caregiver.

    Sister Winona was a very active member of Parkview Apostolic / River of Life Church for more than 55 years. Her acts of love, kindness, and prayers were spread throughout Delaware County and beyond. You would often find Winona helping, caring, and praying for those in need.

    She is preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Mildred Trevino, husbands William Stewart and Charles Kinder, son Jerry Stewart, and Granddaughter Alissa Stewart.

    Those left to cherish their memories of her include her five sons: James and wife Andi Stewart, Michael and wife Teri Stewart, Terry and wife Sandy Stewart, daughter-in-law Chris Stewart, John Stewart, William (Richard) and wife Desiree Stewart; her daughter Ladonna Lawhorn Taylor and husband Travis; 16 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and friends whom she loved and prayed for daily.

    She will be sadly missed here on earth, but know she will be looking forward to greeting us all in heaven.

    Celebration of Life will be Friday, February 16, 2024, at 1:00 PM with viewing from 12:00 - 1:00 PM at River of Life Church 5350 W Bethel Ave, Muncie IN with Rev. John Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Cemetery immediately following the service.
