Debbie Katherine Chambers

Debbie K. Chambers, 63, passed away August 3, 2018 at I. U. Ball Memorial Hospital. Debbie was born on June 9, 1955 to Cora and John Chambers in Muncie.  She was a loyal Southside Rebel later becoming a poor relief investigator for the Township Trustee Office. Debbie loved to help people, often going beyond her job responsibilities to take necessities to families in need. She enjoyed playing Bingo, rummage sales, and helping others. Most of all she was a loving Grandmother.

Surviving Debbie are her son; Christopher Chambers (Brittany), brothers; John R. Chambers (Marylin), Randall L. Chambers (Lisa), Charles R. Chambers, and Aunt Mary Chambers. Grandchildren Christopher Jr. and Brooklynn Chambers were a blessing to Debbie’s life. There will also be many extended family members and close friends that will miss her deeply.

Preceding her in death were her parents Cora and Jay Chambers.

Funeral services will be held at Parson Mortuary, 801 West Adams Street, on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
