Janet Kay Shell

Janet Shell ,70, passed away on June 28, 2018 at her home in Muncie. She was born on January 28, 1948 to Betty Shaw (Clark), in Elwood Indiana.

Janet worked for Borg Warner for 20 years and then retired. She enjoyed gardening and arranging flowers, home decorating and watching HGTV home remodel shows. Janet was an animal lover but the biggest love of her life was her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved spending time with them.

Janet is survived by her children, Michael Shell (Debbie) and Tiffani Parker (Roby), six grandchildren; Chase Shell, Corey Parker (Deanna), Coulton Parker, Chelcea Taylor (Larry), Kylie Shell, John Patterson, nine great grandchildren; Ellie, Kason, Linkin, Caiden, Cherish, Jayden, Alonna, Justin and Ramona, her two dogs; Daisy and Gracie.

Janet is preceded in death by her mother, a son; Christopher L. Shell and a grandchild Patsy.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Janet will be held on Saturday July 7, 2018 at Parson Mortuary from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
