Ralph H Perry

Ralph H. Perry, 87, went to be with the Lord on Friday morning, December 28, 2018. Ralph was born to William and Ella Jewel (Reynold’s) Perry on October 27, 1931 in Smart Station Tennessee.

Ralph was a member of the United States Army and fought in the Korean War. Ralph worked for Warner Gear and retired after 40 years of service. He collected records, old cars, just about any antique from old coins to juke boxes, Ralph enjoyed them all. He was an avid Muncie Bearcats and White Sox fan. Ralph was a member of the Glad Tidings Church in Muncie.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 65 years Barbara (Wilburn) Perry, two daughters: Rhonda Perry and Tina Byard (Rusty), a son Ralph A. “Tony” Perry (Angie), a sister Shirley Wilburn (Tom), two brothers: James Perry (Betty), Charles Perry (June), seven grandchildren: Tamara, Derek, Zach, Hannah, Jordan, Matthew and Dylan, Eight great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.

Ralph is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Jack Perry.

A funeral service for Ralph will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Glad Tidings Church, 3001 S. Burlington Ave. Muncie, Indiana 47302, with Pastor Kyle Holt officiating.
