So very sorry to hear of Mike s passing. He was my neighbor in Gaston for many years & my girls grew up playing with Prudence & Abby. We were also camping neighbors many years later. He was such a kind man. Our prayers are with you all.

Mike was such an amazing person. I learned so much from him while we built Vickie Barton's treehouse and made upgrades to my home. It is knowledge and skills I treasure and use often. His genuine love for craftsmanship was infection. I loved to watch him with Sarah and hear him talk about his family. He loved his family with all of his heart and he enjoyed sharing about them. Mike was a amazing human being with a heart full of love, compassion, tenderness, and caring. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you, his family and friends, at this time. I know he will be greatly missed.

Mike was the most giving, caring and gentle human being he will be greatly missed and thought of often. Sending prayers for strength and peace through the coming days filled with tears and good-bye's. Always know that each of you will forever carry a part of Mike with you wherever you go.
