I was so sad and sorry to hear about Pat. I worked for her for a short time, but feel like I learned so much. (loved her way of doing business) My heart goes out to Brenda, Beth and the rest of the Bruner family.

We are so sorry we just read this (Saturday). We have been out of town most of the week and are just catching up on the news. I have known Pat ever since I can remember! I remember her brothers and sister who grew up with my brothers! She was such a hard working woman who was always interested in those around her. She will be missed by many!

Dear Beth and Brenda,
So sorry for your loss. We are lucky to have our folks for a long period of our lives, think they are going to live forever. Your mom will be missed by the community. Bruner's Restaurant to many of us is like a good friend. We feel so welcomed and at home there.

i will always remember Pat for her friendliness as a cafeteria worker at Cowan High School. When I came in as a new teacher after the scool year had started, she was so friendly and took me under her wing. She always served me with "extras" because she knew with coaching I wasn't going to get a meal until late at night. The world was a much better place because of her and the way she treated all of those around her. She was always a hard worker......may she now rest in peace.
