Ashley was absolutely amazing!! I could not have found a more compassionate, understanding, and helpful person to help with my father's arrangements. She answered any and all of our questions quickly. She even made a beautiful ornament keepsake and some bookmarks. She was there every step of the way and took care of everything we needed and so much more. Any concern I brought to her she was just like "I got you" and "whatever you need". The service was beautiful. I could not be more happy or impressed with the entire process. Working with her and Parson's was easy and I would not hesitate to choose them again.
